Experience

What I’ve done

I have written for multiple mediums and outlets for over ​20 years. I’ve written academic articles and theses, ​books, corporate reports, digital content, educational & ​support content, personal essays, profiles, social media ​and UX content. I have extensive experience in ​copyediting and digital content strategy. In 2020 I spent ​three months embedded with the GWS Giants AFLW ​team, a profound experience that resulted in a book.​ Never Surrender is an unflinching look at the reality for ​women playing Australian Football at the highest level.

I spent 15 years as an information architect, designing ​large websites for complex organisations. I have a PhD in ​information design and a BA in writing.
